Founded in Hong Kong in 1992, TOPWIN has been concentrating on the process and manufacture of precise hardware parts. With the expansion of the business and the development of the company in 1997, TOPFAIR established itself in Nanshan Industrial Zone 3 in Humen, Dongguan with a total investment of 6 million Hong Kong dollars and a staff of over 200 people. It has been running the business of process and manufacture of small hardware and fishing gears with accepted materials from customers. The products of the company are sold to the U.S.A., Japan, Europe, and our customers include Shakespeare, JVC and Walmart. Our company is attached equal importance to quality and efficiency as the management and technique. We are increasingly making progress and innovation in fishing gears, and will change gradually from a business of accepting customers' materials for processing to a business which combines design and exploitation with incoming materials processing. In order to ensure the quality of the products and services and meet the requirement of the customers, we introduced ISO 9001 : 2000 international quality system in March, 2002.
