Most Clementoni games and puzzles are developed, tested and produced in Recanati, Italy. Our company is continually expanding and recently we have increased our floor space to 28.000 m², including 10.000 m² of warehousing. We employ more than 300 people, in production, management and in our offices; 20 of these employees work in the Research and Development of new products ensuring that we are ahead of the game when it comes to new interests and trends. Clementoni has always been proactive in analysing both the national and international situations, a fact that allows us to market innovative, cutting edge products. Many things have changed over the years; the organisation has grown, games have evolved, customer needs have transformed but one thing, namely the company philosophy, laid down by Mario Clementoni 40 years ago, remains unchanged: "Games are fundamental to the happiness and balanced development of the individual. They accompany us through all the phases of our lives and we should never stop playing, especially when we grow up".
