The Group was established in 2002 and founded by Ms. Wang Tao "Ms. Wang".
In 2005, Mr. Wang Shih Zen ("Mr. Wang"), our Group?s Chairman and CEO, joined and became one of the controlling shareholders of the Group After Mr. Wang?s participation in the Group?s management and development, the Group started to develop more mobile handset solution and application business and recorded an increment in revenue from the provision of mobile handset solution and application for the financial year ended 31 March 2006.
In May 2006, the Group further developed in the product definition process, provision of industrial design and mechanical design, PCB design, modelling and procurement area through the acquisition of a mobile handset solution and application company in the PRC.
To further strengthen the capabilities as a one stop service centre and to enhance operating efficiency and cost competitiveness of the Group, the Group established an assembly arm in March 2007.
The Company?s shares were successfully listed on the SGX-ST in November 2007.
The Group launched its mobile handset under "VIM", the new brand name of the Group for its proprietary mobile handset in the PRC in December 2008.
The Company?s shares were successfully listed on the HKSE in March 2010.
