Our fabric mill was set up in 1978 which has been well furnished with 120 sets of Swords Jacquard Looms and Shuttle Looms, its production capacity is 1,800,000 meters annually. Besides, our garment factories has been running for 10 years and were set up in 1993 with a plant area of 18,000 square meters and have been well-equipped with 300 sets of Japanese high-speed sewing achines, our team workers who they?re well-experiences and diligent is now lready over 1,200 and monthly production capacity varies from 250,000 pieces to 300,000 pieces depending on what is being made and our production lead-time is around 45-60 days after confirmed orders.
The most typical garment items that we specialized in are Men?s Shirt, Necktie, Ladies?Blouse, Ladies?Causal Wear, Pyjamas , T-shirts and some of the famous brand name we have been making are Pierre Cardine, DKNY, Polo and etc.
As for the market, U.S.A, Canada, Europe, Japan, South America, Middle East, are the most frequent countries we ship to and all of them responded positively and they keep on placing orders to us increasingly. We are very much confident in our workmanship and quality.
On Men?s Shirt, production capacity can be 300,000 pieces per month and fabrications are use of T/C / CVC / Cotton, T/C Oxford, CVC Oxford, Cotton Oxford (plain or yarn dye). The min. order qty?s are 800 pcs per color/pattern.
On Necktie, production capacity can be 600,000 pieces per month and fabrications are use of Silk / Polyester (plain or print). The min. order qty?s are 200 pcs per color/pattern.
On Ladies?Blouse, Causal Wear, Pyjamas, production capacity can be 250,000 pieces per month and fabrications are use of T/C / Cotton / Polyester / Silk (plain or print). The min. order qty?s are 800 pcs per color / pattern.
On T-shirts, production capacity can be 300,000 pieces per month and fabrications are use of CVC / Cotton Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, Lacoste & Lycra jersey. The min. order qty?s are 1,200 pcs per color/pattern.
