Skyblue Consultants Limited, established in 1991, was formed in Hong Kong by a group of computer professionals coming from different areas in information technology industry. We currently specialize in providing a total solution to personnel, payroll and attendance systems. In addition, we are also very active in developing custom Windows applications for corporate clients. Out of the business systems we have developed, the SkyStaff has been a very popular package for human resources staff. Our SKYSTAFF offers a comprehensive solution to handing tedious and complicated operation, such as keeping personnel, payroll, leave and attendance records, generating disketts for payroll autopay and for tax reporting. This system works perfectly with a number of electronic time recorders and they jointly provide a total and effective solution to handling payroll and attendance operations. We also have expertise in developing customized system for collecting and processing data on real time basis in order to enhance the production and service levels. For instance, by making use of a small network of data collection terminals, we successful designed and installed a queuing system in CLP's Customer Service Centres.
